The federal Liberal Party wants Canadians to know it's open to ideas, and that's what their Montreal policy conference is all about. The party wants people across the country to participate electronically and help put together a platform that will make Canadians embrace the Liberals as the ones to lead them to Canada's 150th birthday, seven years from now.
