With media reports indicating the Alliance race has turned into a dead heat between Stockwell Day and Stephen Harper, much pontificating is taking place as to what kind of leader Mr. Harper would be. The straight-talking, media-savvy 42-year-old spells it out in an interview with The Hill Times.
