Iread with interest the extraordinary letter by Emile Therien that criticizes Health Canada for its plans to introduce refreshed and strengthened tobacco package warnings ("New cigarette warning labels irresponsible public policy," Letters to the editor, The Hill Times, Jan.10, p. 8). He calls the minister of Health's tobacco warnings policy approach "irresponsible and illogical." Is this not a delicious example of the kettle calling the pot black?
