Re: "Libs to push Harper on issue of safe abortions in developing countries," (The Hill Times, March 1, p. 1). Liberal MP Anita Neville told The Hill Times that she believes that "clean water, immunization, good nutrition are all very important but without access to reproductive information and choice it's meaningless for many, many women around the world." Meaningless? Does Ms. Neville really believe this? If she does, she is misguided. Most of us humans know that water, immunization and nutrition actually save lives and that "choice," code word for abortion, actually takes lives.
