Re: "Time to set a new Canada-U.S. agenda," (The Hill Times, Sept. 14, p. 12). I'm not sure where Perrin Beatty has been hiding over the last year, but he's obviously not up to speed on what our neighbours to the south have been up to. First, their economy is in the tank, and apparently U.S. corporations are lobbying against any attempt to make them accountable to the public who have rescued them from complete collapse.
