Re: "Curious case of Sen. LeBreton has Tories talking, buzzing, in a bit of a flap," (The Hill Times, April 20, p. 1). This is the new young Conservative Party of Canada and it has membership cards which enable you to be a member in the party, vote at annual general meetings, attend board meetings as observers if you wish, and attend party assemblies as delegates.
