As president of the Treasury Board and the minister responsible for the Federal Accountability Act, I wish to clear up some of the factual errors made in the article entitled "Entire FAA exempt from Sec. 126 of Criminal Code," by Heather MacIvor, published in last week's issue of The Hill Times (July 10).
