Ryan Sparrow, associate director of communications to Environment Minister Rona Ambrose, left his job last week. In an interview last week, Shannon Haggarty, a senior adviser to Minister Ambrose told Hill Climbers that Mr. Sparrow is not a full-time exempt ministerial staffer anymore, but that he is still working with the Minister's Office "on some projects" independently.
