Hill Times cartoonist Michael De Adder won over his peers—the judges for the Association of Canadian Editorial Cartoonists’ newest award, the “Townsy”—with his depiction of the Toronto mayor misunderstanding the meaning of “Knives come out for Rob Ford” in a newspaper headline.
