Hill staffers Outhouse, Kennedy use Commons break to help build houses in Honduras with Habitat for Humanity

The House was recessed for six weeks, but instead of taking time off for a little fun, Steve Outhouse, communications director and acting chief of staff to Health Minister Leona Aglukkaq, spent a week building houses in Honduras.
