More than 200 Parliamentarians, staffers, and representatives from Canada’s co-ops celebrated 2012 as the International Year of Co-operatives at a Hill reception in Centre Block last Tuesday, jointly hosted by Conservative MP Joe Preston, NDP MP Hélène Leblanc, and Liberal MP Mauril Bélanger.
