Ethics, lobbying commissioners to discuss gifts at Hill event

A chill has passed through the lobbying community in Ottawa following a conflict of interest ruling in February that has some worrying about what types of gifts and invitations to Hill events are acceptable. The lobbying and ethics commissioners, as well as a leading lobbying law expert, will provide some clarity in a panel discussion this week.
