Not surprisingly, then, some of her biggest fans can now be found on the government side of the House, where one of her most outspoken admirers is Treasury Board President John Baird, whose first act as minister was to introduce the Federal Accountability Act, which would radically expand her powers while simultaneously fatten up her budget.
