A cryptic transcript of Grewal, Murphy conversation

The following is a transcript from a taped meeting last Wednesday between Conservative MP Germant Grewal (Newton-North Delta, B.C.) and the Prime Minister's chief of staff Tim Murphy. The tape, of poor quality and at times unintelligible, was released by the Conservative Party. It appears Mr. Murphy was unaware he was taped. The Conservative Party has refused to release the rest of the tape, including a meeting with Minister of Health Ujjal Dosanjh (Vancouver South, B.C.). The Conservatives say it's largely in Punjabi.
