Let's face it. We political junkies are hungry for breaking news stories and insightful, solid features and columns, anytime, but even more so during a federal election campaign. To date, there has been some pretty good, solid media coverage in the national dailies, on television and on radio. It doesn't happen every day, mind you, and not every weekend -- when the Saturday papers are really supposed to shine -- but there is good, sturdy coverage, nonetheless.
