With the 200th anniversary of Macdonald’s birth fast approaching in 2015, the 150th anniversary of the Confederation conferences in Charlottetown and Québec City in 2014, and the 150th birthday of Canada itself on the horizon in 2017, it’s time to do Sir John A. Macdonald justice.
