The government will continue ignoring the economic potential that lies with environmental protection.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper appears to have had a very different view of the world three months ago. In addition to advising Canadians of the excellent buying opportunities in the stock market, there was a brief moment when he became an environmental convert.
