What's up with Rae's trip to the United Arab Emirates?

I have a few concerns and a few questions for Liberal MP Bob Rae about his trip to United Arab Emirates.

TORONTO—A few months ago, I had the opportunity to talk about the dispute between Canada and United Arab Emirates on air landing rights, the arrogance of our bureaucracy, and the inappropriate response of the UAE. I would now like to revisit the issue because of Liberal MP Bob Rae's recent meeting with UAE leaders.
