TORONTO—The House will soon resume sitting and Canadians are beginning to reconnect with politics. Thankfully, it's not a hard routine to get back into since they can pick things up exactly where they were a few months ago. The Conservatives are still lusting for a majority, the Liberals are still dreaming about a minority and the NDP, despite a good leader and a stronger organization, are still stuck in third place, well below 20 per cent.
