Constituents support Canada’s hands-off approach on Jerusalem, say MPs

While the Canadian consensus is to push for a peaceful two-state solution, the Conservative Party is currently looking to clarify its position on the status of Jerusalem.

Conservative MP Peter Kent, who represents Thornhill, Ont., said although there is a vast range of opinions in his riding on the status of Jerusalem, the majority support the city's status being resolved as part of a two-state solution negotiation.
