Bill S-214 provides legal clarity, won’t allow animal tests for cosmetics to be swept under rug as non-cosmetic
The bill, known as the Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act, will finally bring an end to outdated animal-poisoning tests for cosmetic ingredients and products, while protecting both human safety and the industry itself. There is no good argument against passing this bill as it is written.
