Monsef case brings calls to strengthen appeal rights for those facing citizenship revocation

Bill C-6, which seeks to amend sections of the Citizenship Act changed under C-24, does not amend the section dealing with cases involving alleged misrepresentation or fraud that can result in someone being stripped of their Canadian citizenship.
