Canada Post investigating why postage-free mail to Parliamentarians isn’t getting through

Arthur Milnes, a former speechwriter for Stephen Harper, says sending postage-free mail to politicians helped inspire him to get into the career he has.

Author, journalist, and speechwriter Arthur Milnes says that in some rural regions of Canada, the only means of communication between constituents and Parliamentarians is regular mail.
