Liberals raised $21.3-million last year, but Conservatives broke record high, raked in $29-million

Liberals say digital fundraising efforts are their party’s 'fastest growing channel,' while Conservatives say their record-setting fundraising efforts position them to be true alternative to the Trudeau Liberal government
