Issued annually by the World Energy Council, this year’s Monitor captures the views of more than 1,200 energy leaders from 90 countries, including ministers and CEOs. Respondents ranked more than 40 issues on their expected impact, the urgency of the need to address them, and the degree of associated uncertainty.
