NCC approves final renovation plans to transform old Government Conference Centre into new interim Senate Chamber, expected to cost $269-million
Ottawa’s old train station, more recently the Government Conference Centre, is currently being renovated to serve as an interim home for the Senate, including a temporary Chamber, committee rooms, and offices for Senate leadership.
