Military brass lace up their skates for charity hockey game

Canada’s military top brass faced off against a scrappy group of journalists from the military magazine Esprit de Corps and other players including foreign defence attachés for a charity hockey game May 26 at the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre in Ottawa. The Esprit de Corps Commandos won 4-3 over the General Officers & Flag Officers. The event raised $3042.50 for the Military Family Resource Centre of the National Capital Region.
