Liberal time management in House questioned as LeBlanc commits long-term to Fisheries portfolio

Appointed fisheries minister last week on top of his government House leader duties, Dominic LeBlanc’s opposition counterparts say he has and will continue to struggle with balancing the wants of ministers with the House agenda.
