Culture as a pillar of Canadian foreign policy is back
For the first time, Canada is the featured country at a month-long arts festival co-sponsored by the Chinese government and the city of Beijing. The cultural celebration, which ends May 30, includes performances by some 400 artists from more than 25 countries.
