Justin Trudeau, party brass set to gain more power over campaigns, policy under new proposed Liberal constitution
The party’s current constitution, an 81-page book of bylaws, will be slimmed-down to only 17 pages in its proposed new form, which gives extended powers to Trudeau and top party executives.
