Stakeholders pat Liberals on back for expansive federal budget

Getting a head-start in order to communicate to members and media, as well as wanting ‘to be part of history,’ are among the factors that attracted more than 200 members of advocacy and special-interest groups to a lockup on Parliament Hill on budget day.
