Shared Services IT initiative could cost feds millions more than planned, Foote says Liberals committed to deliver

'A recent independent review in July 2014 of the ETI that was commissioned by SSC found that the unaccounted costs incurred by partners to implement the ETI could range from $500,000 to $5-million each,' says the AG's report.
