House of Commons should have last word on Canada’s Iraq mission, says NDP Leader Mulcair

'The number one thing that the prime minister should be doing with regard to Canada’s CF-18s and the whole issue of the mission in Iraq is being clear with Canadians,' says Tom Mulcair.
