Senate reinstates Wallin’s pension plan

A brief motion to reinstate Senator Pamela Wallin's pension passed unanimously last Dec. 11 with no debate.

Senators Pamela Wallin, Mike Duffy and Patrick Brazeau, all former Conservative Senators, were embroiled in the Senate expenses scandal and suspended from the Upper Chamber in the 41st Parliament. With this new Parliament, Sen. Wallin has been reinstated and Sens. Duffy and Brazeau are on leave without pay. The Hill Times photographs by Jake Wright
