New Harper strategist Crosby speaks about negative campaigning, election prep

Lynton Crosby's comments made at U.K.-based Patchwork Foundation last year seem to confirm the claim by a Conservative spokesperson that the party has been employing Mr. Crosby’s foreign talent since well before Stephen Harper’s campaign manager suddenly departed the leader’s national tour for the Ottawa war room.
