PARLIAMENT HILL – Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s PMO lawyer, who was in the thick of 2013 negotiations and crisis management over Senator Mike Duffy’s housing allowance and expense claims, left his job one day after a $90,000 bank transfer from Mr. Harper’s chief of staff allowed Senator Duffy to repay the Senate and briefly suspend the controversy, newly released documents show.
