Harper just made it official, names Lebel regional political minister for Quebec, dumps Paradis

Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Denis Lebel was named Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s new Quebec regional political minister earlier this month, but he’s been playing the role unofficially for two years, says a senior Conservative source.
