NDP plans to prevent Libs, Bloc from a Quebec comeback, says campaign win a strategic eight years in making

The NDP says it was not a 'fluke' or a 'mistake' that it won so many seats in Quebec, but the strategic result of an effective campaign 'eight years in the making' and now plans to prevent the Liberals and the Bloc Québécois from making any comeback in the province in the next federal election, says NDP national director Brad Lavigne.
